The festival this year was in a way a turning point, showing us the way to the future.

Lisa Nelson (USA) came again and worked with a group using her tuning score. This score created a new group dance,while bringing out the beauty of the different dancers.

Alongside Amos Hetz’s duets, which were created with EWMN, Anat Shamgar improvised with text. This was also a sign of things to come in future festivals.

Sivan Berlin joined the festival as a lighting designer. From now on she would play an important part in the festival, working with light as an independent art form, alongside the dance.
