From the first festival we have dedicated our research to movement, stripping the dance of any additional elements. Yet one aspect of our interest is pedestrian movement, and hence also the objects around us that are a part of it.

The subject of this festival was the chair, and the project was built with and around it. Three dancers, five chairs, a music collage and a lighting score composed the performance.

The dance performed by Dana Hirsh Laiser and her group from USA used a wooden box, thus referring to the chair.

Anat Shamgar and Sabina Holzer (Austria), both used a soundtrack featuring the human voice.in their dances.
